Our client is seeking an experienced and highly organized Remote E-commerce Operations Lead to manage and optimize all aspects of their online retail operations. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere, with a primary focus on overseeing our client's e-commerce platform, order fulfillment, and customer service for their online presence. You will be responsible for ensuring a seamless online shopping experience, from website functionality and product availability to efficient order processing and timely delivery.

• Oversee the daily operations of the e-commerce platform, ensuring website uptime, performance, and user experience.
• Manage inventory levels across all online channels, coordinating with fulfillment partners to ensure stock accuracy.
• Streamline order processing, shipping, and returns procedures to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve conversion rates and average order value.
• Collaborate with digital marketing teams to align operational capabilities with promotional campaigns.
• Monitor key e-commerce metrics and KPIs, providing regular reports and actionable insights to management.
• Manage relationships with third-party logistics (3PL) providers and other operational vendors.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant e-commerce regulations and data privacy standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues that may arise on the e-commerce platform.
• Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within e-commerce operations.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in e-commerce operations, logistics, or a related field.
• Proven track record of managing and optimizing online retail operations.
• Deep understanding of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, Woo Commerce), order management systems, and shipping processes.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive decisions.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and experience with e-commerce analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
