The Expert Partner role exists to be that person. This senior, hands-on individual-contributor role operates at the intersection of four core pillars:

You will act as the primary point of expertise for a portfolio of key client relationships, authoring high-impact regulatory intelligence while collaborating closely with commercial teams to drive retention, expansion, and business growth. This is not a traditional compliance-practitioner or people-management role. Success comes from being intellectually curious, self-directed, comfortable rolling up your sleeves to do the work yourself, and establishing credibility with senior customer stakeholders.

Naturally, this role will evolve as Vixio automates more of its content production processes using AI tooling. Today, you will remain close to the underlying research and analysis. Over time, your focus will increasingly shift towards validating automated outputs, identifying gaps or inaccuracies, applying expert judgement, and turning regulatory developments into relevant customer insight. Accountability for the accuracy, timeliness, completeness, and usefulness of the intelligence remains central throughout that transition, as AI tooling supports your day-to-day work without replacing your expert judgment and deep domain knowledge.
