Senior Product Customer Success Manager; Fully Remote

• Ensure client accounts are well managed and growing by improving KPIs and customer benefits.
• Support the Manager, Customer Success by training and coaching junior team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple accounts and deliver technical integrations and projects.
• Maintain strategic success plans, build stakeholder relationships, and validate business cases.
• Run quarterly business reviews, monitor metrics, and identify growth opportunities.

Experience and Skills:

• Proven account management or customer success experience with technical project delivery.
• Strong data analysis (Excel or other tools) and business case creation.
• Excellent communication, commercial awareness, and ability to navigate large corporate processes.
