- Partner with risk, engineering, and business teams.
Responsibilities:
- Develop BCM framework, policies, and governance.
- Conduct BIAs, set recovery objectives, and run exercises.
- Support regulatory exams and remediation.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years in BCM, resilience, or disaster recovery.
- Experience building programs in regulated environments.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
