Sanofi's contingent workforce program, FLEXT Direct, is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Contract Membership Specialist (CMS) for a 12-month remote contract opportunity.

This position supports contract membership operations, customer account master data management, contract eligibility, and pricing accuracy across multiple large data management systems.

The ideal candidate will have experience in contracting, pricing, membership management, data analysis, or master data management, along with advanced Excel skills, strong critical thinking abilities, and experience navigating multiple enterprise systems to research and resolve complex data discrepancies.

• Manage and maintain customer contract membership records, affiliations, and eligibility for direct and indirect customers.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of customer account master data across multiple systems, including Model N Revenue Manager, SAP iShift, and related platforms.
• Analyze and reconcile large datasets to identify discrepancies involving contract pricing, membership eligibility, customer accounts, and affiliations.
• Research information across multiple systems to investigate and resolve complex membership and data-related issues.
• Support contract membership additions, deletions, transfers, and ongoing account maintenance.
• Collaborate with internal teams, account management, and external stakeholders to resolve inquiries and ensure data accuracy.
• Utilize advanced Excel functions and reporting tools to analyze, validate, and maintain customer and contract data.
• Ensure compliance with applicable SOPs, SOX requirements, government pricing policies, and audit documentation standards.
• Maintain accurate and auditable records of membership activities and account updates.
• Identify opportunities to improve data accuracy, operational processes, and overall efficiency.

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3–5+ years of relevant professional experience in contracting, pricing, membership operations, master data management, data analytics, or a related field.
• Experience working with multiple large enterprise data management systems.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs, complex formulas, data analysis, and reconciliation of large datasets.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to research and validate information across multiple systems to identify discrepancies and determine appropriate resolutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong business writing and grammar.
• Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and commitment to data accuracy.
• Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Proactive, inquisitive mindset with a willingness to learn new systems, take initiative, and contribute to new projects.

• Experience with in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or related regulated industry.
• Experience in contract membership management, contract pricing, contract development, or contract analytics.
• Knowledge of Model N Revenue Manager and/or SAP iShift.
• Familiarity with customer master data management, contract eligibility, and membership affiliations.
• Understanding of SOX compliance, government pricing requirements, and audit processes.
