Noxlumyn is looking for an experienced Senior Account Manager to manage client relationships, lead project teams, improve workflows, and drive account growth. You will make sure projects are delivered on time and within scope. This is a remote role that follows Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours, and it suits someone who takes ownership of client success, team performance, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Manage client relationships and expectations
- Oversee Project Managers, internal teams, and external contractors
- Track project timelines, deliverables, and progress using Click Up
- Improve operational workflows and resolve project challenges
- Identify account growth opportunities and develop client strategies
- Monitor project performance, risks, and client feedback
- 3+ years of experience in account management, project management, and digital marketing
- Experience managing teams, projects, and Project Managers
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies
- Excellent communication and client relationship management skills
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with Click Up, Slack, Airtable, Go High Level , Zapier, and Google Suite
