• Collaborates with other Lumanity practices to deliver integrated solutions for approval and access challenges.

Commercial Accountability & Growth:

• Actively generates new business, meeting individual sales targets and securing net-new clients.
• Leads pursuit strategies for complex regulatory engagements and mentors junior consultants on business development.

Delivery Excellence & Team Leadership:

• Provides strategic oversight across engagements, managing risk and ensuring quality and profitability.
• Guides the development and mentorship of team members and champions knowledge sharing across markets.

Market Presence & External Influence:

• Represents Lumanity at industry conferences and builds external credibility.
• Monitors the regulatory landscape and contributes to practice positioning and service innovation.
