• Support the QA team in developing test cases and validating solutions.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with business analysis tools and methodologies (e.g., UML, Agile, Waterfall).
• Experience with requirements gathering techniques (e.g., interviews, workshops, surveys).
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
• Proactive attitude and a strong desire to learn and contribute.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
