• Utilize advanced data analytics, simulation, and modeling tools to optimize workflows and resource allocation.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including lean manufacturing and Six Sigma projects, using virtual collaboration tools.
• Develop compelling business cases and project proposals for operational enhancements.
• Effectively communicate findings, recommendations, and project progress to clients and internal stakeholders through virtual platforms.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to provide cutting-edge solutions.
• Ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery from a remote setting.

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in industrial engineering, with a significant portion in a leadership or senior consulting capacity.
• Proven expertise in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma (Black Belt certification strongly preferred), and other process optimization methodologies.
• Demonstrated experience in managing complex projects and leading teams, preferably in a remote or distributed work environment.
• Advanced proficiency in industrial engineering software, data analysis tools, and simulation platforms.
• Exceptional virtual communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to translate technical solutions into business value.
