• Monitor website performance, identify issues, and implement solutions to improve user experience.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns via email, chat, and phone.
• Analyze sales data, website traffic and customer behavior to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with marketing teams on promotional activities and campaign execution.
• Manage relationships with third-party service providers, including shipping carriers and payment gateways.
• Develop and maintain operational documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Contribute to strategic planning for e-commerce growth and scalability.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in e-commerce operations or a similar online retail role.
• Proficiency with major e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Woo Commerce, Magento).
• Strong understanding of inventory management systems and logistics.
• Excellent analytical skills and experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Customer-centric approach with a passion for providing outstanding service.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
