Business Architect

Our client, a prominent management consulting firm, is seeking a strategic Business Architect to join their team in Mahikeng, North West . This hybrid role offers flexibility, allowing for remote work alongside necessary in-office collaboration. You will be instrumental in bridging the gap between business strategy and technology implementation. Your primary responsibility will be to define and communicate the organization's business architecture, including its capabilities, value streams, processes, and organizational structure.

• Develop, maintain, and communicate the business architecture, including capabilities, processes, and value streams.

• Proven experience as a Business Architect, Business Analyst, or in a related strategic role.
• Strong understanding of business architecture principles, frameworks (e.g., Business Architecture Guild standards), and methodologies.
• Experience in process modeling, capability mapping, and value stream analysis.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
• Proficiency in requirements gathering and documentation.
• Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with enterprise architecture concepts and practices.
• Experience in consulting or a client-facing role is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Business Architect) are desirable.
