Management Consultant - Innovation Strategy

Our client, a forward-thinking management consultancy, is actively recruiting for an Innovation Strategy Consultant for a fully remote position. You will work with clients to identify opportunities for growth, design innovation frameworks, and implement processes that drive creative solutions.

• Conduct market research and trend analysis to identify emerging opportunities for innovation.
• Develop comprehensive innovation strategies and roadmaps for clients.
• Design and implement innovation frameworks, processes, and governance models.
• Facilitate ideation workshops and co-creation sessions with client teams remotely.
• Assess client readiness for innovation and identify barriers to adoption.
• Develop business cases for new product and service development.
• Advise clients on best practices for fostering an innovative culture.
• Measure the impact of innovation initiatives and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Innovation Management, or a related field.
• A Master's degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in innovation management, strategy consulting, product development, or a related field.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing innovation strategies and programs.
• Strong understanding of innovation methodologies (e.g., Design Thinking, Lean Startup).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and creative thinking skills.
• Exceptional remote communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a virtual environment.
• Experience with digital tools for collaboration and ideation is essential.
