Remote Virtual Events Coordinator - Hospitality Focus

You will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of these events, from conceptualization and budgeting to execution and post-event analysis.

• Develop engaging event agendas, speaker outreach, and content creation support.
• Oversee event registration, attendee communication, and technical support during live sessions.
• Utilize virtual event platforms (e.g., Zoom, Hopin, Bizzabo) to their full potential.
• Manage post-event follow-up, including feedback collection, reporting, and performance analysis.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in virtual event management and the hospitality industry.
• Ensure seamless execution and a high-quality attendee experience for all virtual events.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide on-the-spot solutions during live events.

• Proven experience in event planning and coordination, with a specific focus on virtual or hybrid events.
