Operations Analyst

Our client is seeking a highly motivated and analytical Operations Analyst to join their growing team in Centurion, Gauteng . • Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets related to operational performance.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Identify trends, patterns, and deviations in operational data to pinpoint areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with department heads and teams to understand operational challenges and opportunities.
• Propose and implement data-driven solutions to enhance efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
• Conduct root cause analysis for operational issues and recommend corrective actions.
• Support the development and refinement of operational models and forecasts.
• Present findings and recommendations to management and relevant stakeholders.
• Assist in the implementation of new operational strategies and processes.

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
• Proven experience as an Operations Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and statistical software (e.g., R, Python).
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical audiences.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work environment.
• Familiarity with lean principles or Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
