Project Manager- Strategic Projects

Nex Gen is looking to add a Project Manager, Strategic Projects to their growing team! This position is based out of Franklin, TN. Remote + travel will be considered.

Position Summary

The ideal candidate for the Project Manager, Strategic Projects role is an experienced, accountable professional capable of leading complex, cross-functional projects from planning through closeout.

• A bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, Business, or a related field is required and five to seven years of relevant experience; or any equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Demonstrated ability to manage scope, schedule, budget, risk, stakeholders, and executive reporting.
• PMP, Lean, Six Sigma, change management, or similar credentials are beneficial. Organized and execution-focused, the Project Manager leads project planning, governance, stakeholder coordination, and project controls while delivering measurable outcomes aligned with Nex Gen’s strategic objectives.
• The successful candidate is a proactive problem solver and effective communicator who drives accountability, escalates issues appropriately, and builds strong cross-functional relationships.
• Travel requirements are up to 20%.
