The Role The Enterprise Sales Executive, Healthcare Strategy, Data & Analytic sis a consulting-led commercial role responsible for expanding Alight’s healthcare data and intelligence business with large employers. This individual will use deep experience in employer health and benefits consulting to diagnose client challenges, interpret healthcare and benefits data, shape strategic recommendations, and connect Alight’s capabilities to measurable business and workforce outcomes.

The role will lead new-logo pursuits, expand existing client relationships, and build influence with benefits consultants, brokers, and other ecosystem partners. Success requires more than traditional solution selling: the executive must be credible in a consulting conversation, comfortable challenging a client’s current approach, and capable of building an executive-level business case grounded in cost, experience, outcomes, and value.

What Makes This Role Distinct
· Healthcare consulting credibility first, with the commercial discipline to originate and close complex opportunities.
· Ability to move from data and diagnostic insight to a clear employer strategy, solution design, and executive business case.
· Strong understanding of the employer healthcare ecosystem, including claims, carriers, pharmacy, navigation, point solutions, health administration, and consultant influence.
· A market-facing role that connects client needs, consultant perspectives, product capabilities, and Alight’s broader commercial strategy.

Responsibilities
· Lead consultative discovery with Benefits, Total Rewards, HR, Finance, and Health & Welfare leaders to identify cost, experience, outcomes, and ecosystem-performance challenges.
· Use healthcare and benefits data to frame client issues, identify opportunities, and develop strategic recommendations rather than relying on product-led presentations.
· Translate complex client needs into outcome-based solution strategies that connect Alight’s healthcare data and analytics capabilities with the broader benefits ecosystem.
· Develop executive-level business cases, value hypotheses, and ROI narratives that support investment decisions.
· Originate and advance new-logo and installed-base opportunities with Fortune 500 and other large employers.
