Remote Operations Manager - Hospitality

Our client is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Remote Operations Manager to oversee various hospitality operations from a home-based office, supporting a portfolio of properties and services. Based remotely, with an anchor in Randburg, Gauteng , this role is responsible for driving efficiency, ensuring quality standards, and optimizing operational performance across different hospitality functions. • Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency and guest satisfaction.
• Manage and lead a dispersed team of hospitality professionals remotely.
• Oversee budgeting, P&L management, and financial performance of assigned operations.

• Analyze operational data and identify areas for improvement and cost savings.

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in hospitality operations management, with a significant portion in senior leadership roles.
• Demonstrated experience in managing remote teams and operations.
• Strong financial acumen, including P&L management and budgeting expertise.
• Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in various operational management software and remote collaboration tools.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate.
• A track record of successfully implementing operational improvements and driving change.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage priorities effectively in a remote setup.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Must be based in South Africa and able to work effectively remotely, with strong connection to the Randburg, Gauteng region.
