Remote E-commerce Fulfillment Specialist

• Oversee the end-to-end e-commerce order fulfillment process.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the inventory team to ensure stock accuracy.
• Process customer orders promptly and accurately through the order management system.
• Coordinate with shipping carriers to ensure timely dispatch and delivery of orders.
• Manage and optimize shipping costs and strategies.
• Resolve any fulfillment-related issues, such as shipping delays or incorrect orders.
• Develop and implement procedures to improve fulfillment efficiency and accuracy.
• Generate regular reports on fulfillment performance, including order volume, accuracy rates, and delivery times.
• Maintain strong relationships with third-party logistics (3PL) providers.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant shipping regulations and company policies.

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in e-commerce fulfillment, logistics, or supply chain management.
• Proven experience with order management systems (OMS) and warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Strong understanding of shipping carriers, rates, and international shipping regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills, particularly in a remote setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Experience managing relationships with 3PL providers is a plus.
• A Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
