Remote Senior Consultant - Business Process Improvement

Our client, a prominent management consultancy, is seeking an experienced and results-driven Remote Senior Consultant to join their Business Process Improvement practice. This role is pivotal in helping clients enhance operational efficiency, streamline workflows, and achieve significant cost savings. As a fully remote position, you will collaborate virtually with clients and internal teams, utilizing data analytics and lean methodologies to identify bottlenecks and implement best practices.

• Lead diagnostic assessments to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement in business processes.
• Design and implement optimized process flows, leveraging lean and Six Sigma principles.
• Develop detailed process maps, performance metrics, and control mechanisms.
• Manage projects focused on business process re-engineering and operational excellence.
• Collaborate with clients' operational teams to drive change and ensure sustainable improvements.
• Utilize data analytics to measure process performance and identify root causes of issues.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions for client staff on process improvement techniques.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations on findings and recommendations.
• Contribute to the development of our client's BPI methodologies and thought leadership.

• Master's degree in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in management consulting, operational excellence, or business process improvement.
• Proven track record of leading successful process improvement initiatives using methodologies like Lean, Six Sigma, or BPM.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent virtual communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects, timelines, and client expectations remotely.
• Experience in change management and stakeholder engagement is crucial.
• Proficiency in process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart) and data analysis software.
