• Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders across various departments.
• Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications for software development teams.
• Design and map current and future state business processes, identifying areas for optimization.
• Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure solutions meet business objectives and user needs.
• Collaborate with project managers, developers, and quality assurance teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop comprehensive training materials and conduct user training sessions.
• Provide post-implementation support and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of business analysis methodologies and tools.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis, preferably within a consulting environment.
• Proven experience in requirements gathering, process modeling (e.g., BPMN), and data analysis.
• Strong understanding of enterprise software solutions (e.g., ERP, CRM) and system integration concepts.
• Experience with agile and waterfall development methodologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
