Head of Operational Excellence; Remote

• Lead the development and execution of the company-wide operational excellence strategy.
• Implement and champion Lean Six Sigma methodologies to drive process improvements, waste reduction, and efficiency gains.
• Conduct operational assessments and identify areas for enhancement across manufacturing, supply chain, and service delivery.
• Develop and deliver training programs on operational excellence principles and tools to employees at all levels.
• Establish performance metrics and dashboards to monitor progress and ensure accountability.
• Facilitate cross-functional teams to solve complex operational problems and implement sustainable solutions.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and employee engagement in operational initiatives.
• Benchmark best practices internally and externally to identify opportunities for innovation.
• Manage projects related to operational transformations and improvements.
• Report on the status and impact of operational excellence initiatives to senior leadership.

• Master's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in operations management or continuous improvement roles, with a strong focus on Lean Six Sigma.
• Certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt or equivalent advanced certification.
• Proven track record of successfully leading significant operational improvement projects.
• Experience in managing remote teams or working effectively in a distributed environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and change management skills.
• Experience in the manufacturing or industrial services sector is highly preferred.
• Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Proficiency in project management and data analysis tools.
