Job Description:Join a team supporting initiatives that strengthen families and improve service delivery. In this role, you will work with operational data, review system processes and contribute to improvements that enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Operations & Data Analysis
:
Investigate post-disbursement issues, identify root causes and analyse data to support operational decisions.System Testing
:
Conduct testing and verification of product enhancements to ensure they meet business requirements.Appeals & Eligibility Review
:
Test and verify appeals processes and eligibility rules to ensure accurate outcomes.Process Documentation
:
Document process changes, record key discussions and track follow-up actions to ensure timely completion.Continuous Improvement
:
Identify opportunities to improve workflows, processes and operational efficiency.Ad-hoc Support
:
Assist with other duties and projects as assigned.
Degree in a relevant discipline.
Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Experience with data visualisation tools such as Power BI, Tableau or Databricks.
Familiarity with AI tools, workflow platforms or automation solutions.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify data inconsistencies.
Meticulous, resourceful and detail-oriented.
Able to work independently and collaborate effectively with team members.
Familiarity with data platforms, content management systems or case management systems will be an advantage.
