The Program Management role will play a key part on program teams to support the planning and delivery of complex projects and programs that require extensive planning and execution due to larger project sizes, and complexities. The role will involve leading assignments and daily operations contributing to the execution of the programs, ensuring the program goals and benefits are achieved and driving continuous program improvements.

The role will support key delivery activities in the areas of program management and delivery, program administration, monitoring and controlling performance, program controls, and benefits management. Additionally, the role will be involved in supporting activities to manage the program governance, risk management, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead assignments and activities oncomplexprojects and programs.
• Utilize comprehensive understanding of our company's program management services to offer optimal solutions to clients.
• Leverage activities across program management lifecycle phases: planning, initiation, delivery, and closeout.
• Manage activities within the programs organization, including program governance and stakeholder management.
• Operate independently through effective planning, coordinating resources, managing timelines, and ensuring that deliverables meet quality standards,and the program meets the intended outcomes.
• Manage activities to support performance and benefits realization plan, monitoring progress, andmaking adjustments as necessary to maximize outcomes.
• Implement sales techniques for successful negotiation and transaction.
• Flexibility to adapt and execute various additional assignments based on evolving needs.
• May provide mentorship, guidance, support, and knowledge-sharing to help less experienced team members develop their skills and grow within their roles.

Experience

• Typically, aminimum of 10 years ofrelatedwork experience inprojectmanagement,program management or related field.
• Experience in working under supervision to deliver moderately complex to complex projects.

Education

• Abachelor’sdegree in engineering, construction,business management or related field or equivalent experience is required.
• Program management certificationorrequiredto obtainin
  12 months.

Preferred Experience

• Hands-on experience coordinating software development teams through regular delivery cadences, including sprint/work planning, backlog refinement, standups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Experience facilitating discovery, requirements clarification, and work decomposition sessions to transform ambiguous business needs into actionable work items, milestones, and deliverables.
• Experience maintaining delivery artifacts such as product backlogs, Kanban boards, acceptance criteria, release plans, decision logs, dependency trackers, and stakeholder communications.
• Experience using delivery management tools such as Git Hub Projects (preferred), Azure Dev Ops, Jira, or similar platforms to manage work status, priorities, blockers, dependencies, risks, and commitments.
• Working knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid delivery approaches, with a focus on keeping work visible, prioritized, assigned, and progressing toward delivery outcomes.
• Experience coordinating software releases across development, testing, deployment, change management, release communications, and post-release support.
• Ability to facilitate tradeoff discussions among stakeholders and technical teams, balancing scope, priorities, sequencing, capacity, risks, and delivery timelines.
• Experience partnering with software engineers, data engineers, cloud/platform engineers, and IT/cybersecurity teams to remove blockers and coordinate delivery dependencies.
