Coordinate Kearl operations travel remotely from Calgary, using accurate data entry and effective communication to support travelers and contractors.
Agilus by Synergie is recruiting a Business Services Coordinator for the Oil and Gas Sector. This 12-month contract supports travel reservations for Kearl operations. You will maintain traveler profiles, follow submission processes, and provide consistent service across business groups and contractors.
Key Responsibilities:- Serve as the primary interface for Kearl operations travel reservations
- Book rotator and other traveler reservations
- Update traveler profiles and existing reservations
- Run reports and provide required information
- Identify improvements for the travel booking service
- Live in Calgary for this remote position
- Work effectively within a team environment
- Input data accurately and follow established processes
- Communicate effectively with business groups and contractors
- Manage time, prioritize urgency, and work with minimal supervision
