Remote Collections Account Manager

Manage collections conversations remotely with strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills. Help customers address financial setbacks while protecting retention.
As an Account Manager, you will handle collections-related questions, payment discrepancies, and repayment discussions. This role requires at least one year of collections or accounts receivable experience, accurate recordkeeping, and confidence managing multiple files. You will work regular eight-hour Monday-to-Friday shifts from home.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle collections-related member questions and concerns
Maintain detailed, accurate records across multiple files
Respond promptly to customer inquiries
Turn potentially negative experiences into positive ones
Meet individual daily and monthly performance targets
Requirements:
At least one year of first- or third-party collections experience
Experience in a high-volume contact centre is an asset
Ability to prioritize core responsibilities and maintain focus
Persuasive verbal and written communication abilities
Reliable internet for remote work from home
