Sr. Program Strategy and Operations Director; Fully Remote

• Act as a strategic thought partner to the Asset Entrepreneur, anticipating inflection points and modeling scenarios.
• Own program execution end-to-end, operating like the COO of a single-asset biotech.
• Translate complexity into clarity for the Board and C-suite with crisp, data-driven decks.

What You'll Do:

• Drive longitudinal asset development from IND-enabling studies through commercial strategy.
• Manage cross-functional operations with clinical, translational, regulatory, CMC, and commercial experts.
• Engage external partners, vendors, and investors to advance the asset.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in biotech or pharma program management, portfolio strategy, or consulting.
• Fluency with AI as a multiplier of human judgment and creativity.
• Emotionally intelligent, humble, and analytically rigorous with a founder mentality.
