Location: New York
- Lead Clinical Trial Liaison performance, development, and quality delivery.
- Support EMEA region in a remote work mode with 30-40% travel.
- Oversee vendor-provided staff against service-level agreements and implement standardised processes.
- Build investigator relationships, conduct co-visits, and support audits and inspections.
- Report metrics and escalations while retaining a 15% liaison workload.
- Bachelor's degree and eight years' clinical operations experience in industry or CRO.
- Two to three years' direct people-management accountability; master's degree preferred.
- Strong GCP knowledge, cross-cultural awareness, and fluent business English.
