Senior Manager, Clinical Trial Liaison Operations; Fully Remote

• Lead Clinical Trial Liaison performance, development, and quality delivery.
• Support EMEA region in a remote work mode with 30-40% travel.

• Oversee vendor-provided staff against service-level agreements and implement standardised processes.
• Build investigator relationships, conduct co-visits, and support audits and inspections.
• Report metrics and escalations while retaining a 15% liaison workload.

• Bachelor's degree and eight years' clinical operations experience in industry or CRO.
• Two to three years' direct people-management accountability; master's degree preferred.
• Strong GCP knowledge, cross-cultural awareness, and fluent business English.
