Remote Hedis Coordinator

Position

Purpose:

Support the development and maintenance of quality improvement related projects and reporting. Respond to quality improvement inquiries.

Bachelors degree in related field or equivalent experience. Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality CPHQ preferred. 3 years of related experience.

• Heavy chart monitoring and auditing of medical records
  • Monitor the production of quality results reporting analyze track and trend the reporting results and report them to management
  • Formulate and prepare ad-hoc and additional reporting requirements
  • Recommend develop and implement quality improvement plans with management
  • Train providers and staff in methodologies and tools of continuous quality improvement
  • Prepare for and participate in meetings with State agencies providers and stakeholders
  • Perform audits on to meet state and internal requirements

Business Analysis Knowledge:
Skilled to work in a fast paced environment. Must have strong analytical and problem solving skills.

Customer Service:
Skilled to communicate with all levels of management, internal and external customers.

Ability to work well as a member of a team or alone.

Effective Business Communication:
Skilled in communicating with technical and business constituencies in writing effective business specifications and requirements.

Entry Level

This is a Contract position based out of Miami, FL.

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
