- Drive top-of-funnel performance and scale SDR development.
What You'll Do:
- Own enablement strategy, ramp, and conversion outcomes.
- Analyze funnel data to find gaps and design programs.
- Partner with Rev Ops to improve handoff standards and processes.
What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years in Enablement, Rev Ops, or Sales Ops with SDR experience.
- Fluency in funnel metrics and program management.
- Ability to influence leaders and drive adoption.
