Manager, Implementation Canada Operations; Fully Remote

• Lead a remote-first implementation team focused on customer success and operational excellence.
• Use data, customer feedback, and operational insights to identify opportunities and improve processes.

Key Accountabilities:

• Coach and develop implementation professionals through one-on-ones, performance reviews, and career planning.
• Monitor KPIs and quality metrics to identify trends, coaching opportunities, and process gaps.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to remove barriers and enhance the customer journey.

Requirements:

• 6-8+ years in onboarding, implementation, customer success, or project management in a tech environment.
• 2+ years of direct people management experience and a data-driven approach.
• Excellent project management and stakeholder communication skills.
• Base salary CAD $92,500 per year, with medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k), and PTO.
• Remote work arrangement for candidates located in Canada.
