The current financial modeling, reporting automation, and data analytics cycle targets an analytical, technical, and macro-proficient specialist:
1. Financial Modeling & Spreadsheet Automation (Remote & Contract)- Excel Specialist: Designing, maintaining, and auditing complex financial models, including dynamic multi-year forecasting, zero-based budgeting, and multi-variable scenario analysis.
- Workflow Automation & VBA Engineering: Developing, debugging, and maintaining custom Excel VBA macros alongside automated Power Query pipelines to minimize manual data manipulation and streamline recurring reporting tasks.
- Data Validation & Financial Cleansing: Auditing, validating, and cleansing multi-source financial datasets to guarantee data integrity, consistency, and structural compliance across operational systems.
- Cross-Functional Dashboard Delivery: Collaborating directly with finance and operations leadership to translate complex business metrics into intuitive, functional spreadsheets and executive decision-support dashboards.
- Process Documentation & Transparency: Documenting data structures, calculation formulas, underlying logic, and model assumptions to establish full operational reproducibility and audit transparency.
Compensation models are structured around flexible hourly consulting and delivery milestones:
- Contractual Hourly Payout Range: $40 - $55 per hour (Calibrated against technical proficiency, VBA mastery, and financial modeling expertise).
