• Translate strategic priorities into a roadmap for your area and communicate it to stakeholders.
• Own Clin Ops KPIs, track progress in Asana, and report clearly to leadership and cross-functional partners.

• Exercise sound judgment on issue classification, step in as escalation point, and lead domain-level initiatives end to end.
• Maintain and improve Clin Ops SOPs, work instructions, and CTMS practices.
• Represent Clin Ops in BD conversations, manage sponsor relationships, and step in for strategic alignment or sign-off.
