Business Specialist

The Business Readiness team at The Guinness Partnership seeks a Business Change Specialist to lead readiness and adoption across its change portfolio. The post supports the 2030 Strategy, covering repairs service changes, CRM expansion and digital and AI-enabled working. Hybrid working combines office and home, and the role is 35 hours a week. Candidates need a proven record of leading change across complex programmes, including ADKAR-based methods.

• Lead business readiness and change adoption activities
• Help operational teams embed people, process and technology change
• Realise the full benefits of change
• Work with leaders, project teams and stakeholders across the organisation
• Influence stakeholders and challenge constructively to build commitment to change

• Proven track record of leading change and business readiness across complex projects and programmes
• Experience supporting both traditional and iterative delivery approaches

• Change management methodologies such as Prosci ADKAR
• Designing change initiatives involving people, processes and technology
• Designing and delivering change communication and training approaches
• Building awareness, desire and capability to adopt change among colleagues and customers
• Exceptional communication and relationship building
• Engaging and influencing stakeholders at all levels
