• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in operations analysis, business intelligence, or a similar analytical role, preferably within the food service, hospitality, or catering industry.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable insights.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly and concisely.
