The Sr. Manager, Product Management will report to the Director, Product Management in the Digital Product Development Organization. This role will help lead the product vision and delivery of initiatives for our Retirement & Wealth business line and be a trusted peer of a team of engineers, designers, architects and business leaders. The incumbent will be laser focused on developing solutions that delights our customers and delivers value (revenue growth, improved operational efficiency and member satisfaction) with simpler and superior product experiences.

They will also be responsible for developing products from concept to successful delivery and adaptation.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Translate business, client and consumer needs into end to end, innovative digital solutions.
• Work closely with business stakeholders and other key business partners including User Experience Research and Design teams across Discovery, Design and Define and create a product vision, understand and help identify business value.
