Strategic Accounts Coordinator

Eaton’s Critical Power Solutions Division is current seeking a Strategic Accounts Project Coordinator to join our team. This position will be remote from a home office.

The Strategic Accounts Coordinator is responsible for supporting the operations of strategic accounts within the organization. This customer-facing position involves coordinating and scheduling projects and preventative maintenance, ensuring that all customer site requirements are met, and facilitating effective communication between customers and internal teams. The role requires close collaboration with the field service team and other departments to ensure seamless project execution.

The expected annual salary range for this role is $86000 - $126000 a year.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
• Facilitate communication between customers and internal teams to ensure alignment customer contractual goals are aligned.
• Oversee and maintain contractual schedules, ensuring all milestones and deadlines are met.
• Coordinate with the field service team and other departments to ensure resources are allocated efficiently.
• Ensure all customer site requirements are understood and met, including compliance with safety and operational standards.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders with risks, and issues. Develop key relationships with key accounts and identify complex projects and customer requests
• Address any field quality issues promptly and work with relevant teams to resolve them.
• Attend customer meetings and contribute to planning and decision-making processes.
• Review purchase orders, define billing forecast, an collaborate with credit to ensure accurate and timely invoicing
• Provide timely, detailed and accurate reports on service work performed, product performance, and warranty liabilities to company expense and time allocation
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with customers, authorized service shops, other service organizations, and product business units to assure customer satisfaction.

• Minimum of an Associates degree from accredited institution
• Minimum of four (4) years of project coordination, preventive maintenance coordination, field service coordination, or related experience supporting external customer contractual agreements.
• Ability to travel up to 25% within the United States
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution
• Minimum of five (5) years of project coordination, project management, preventive maintenance coordination, or service operations experience supporting external customers.
• Experience supporting large, complex, or multi-site customer accounts and contractual service agreements.
