Virtual Event Catering Consultant

• Consult with clients to understand their virtual/hybrid event needs and objectives.
• Design tailored catering menus and packages suitable for remote delivery.
• Source and vet reputable delivery partners to ensure timely and safe food transportation.
• Develop operational plans for the logistics of virtual catering, including packaging and distribution.
• Manage client relationships throughout the planning and execution process.
• Collaborate with the culinary team on menu development and quality control for off-site preparation.
• Stay updated on industry trends in virtual events, food delivery, and innovative catering concepts.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to menu selection, ordering, or delivery.
• Develop and maintain detailed proposals and contracts for virtual catering services.
• Contribute to the marketing and sales strategies for virtual and hybrid event offerings.

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in catering management, event planning, or a closely related field.
• Demonstrated experience in conceptualizing and executing catering for virtual or hybrid events.
• Strong understanding of food safety regulations and best practices for off-site food delivery.
• Excellent client-facing and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust.
• Proven ability to manage complex logistics and vendor relationships.
