We're looking for a proactive, driven and entrepreneurial individual to join our team and work closely with the founder in growing our real estate business.
This is not just a customer service role. You'll be involved in client relationship management, lead conversion, social media, business operations and day-to-day execution.
We're looking for someone who takes ownership, thinks ahead and enjoys being part of a fast-growing business.
Key Responsibilities1. Customer Relationship Management (Main Role)
- Handle incoming leads through Whats App, phone calls and social media platforms.
- Proactively call and follow up with potential clients to build strong relationships.
- Nurture leads, understand their needs and maintain consistent communication.
- Coordinate appointments, meetings and client follow-ups.
- Ensure every lead receives timely and professional attention.
2. Business & Administrative Operations
- Work closely with the founder's Personal Assistant to ensure daily tasks and to-dos are completed.
- Coordinate daily schedules, appointments and business activities.
- Track follow-ups, monitor progress and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
- Assist in streamlining daily operations and improving workflow efficiency.
3. Social Media & Content Management (Support Role)
- Assist with social media posting and content scheduling.
- Edit short-form videos and prepare content for social media platforms.
- Support the development and execution of social media strategies.
- Stay updated with social media trends and content opportunities.
4. Business Development & Growth
- Work directly with the founder on business growth initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to improve lead management and client engagement.
- Take initiative in solving problems and executing new ideas.
- Contribute ideas towards growing the brand, business and overall team.
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin Chinese (spoken and written).
- Confident and comfortable making phone calls and communicating with clients.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Familiar with social media platforms and basic video editing.
- Highly organised, responsible and detail-oriented.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
- Proactive, resourceful and willing to go the extra mile.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
- Willing to remain contactable and assist with urgent client messages 7 days a week, including weekends.
