Remote Project Planning Manager

Coordinate project planning remotely across Canada, using organized execution, stakeholder communication, and cross-functional collaboration to support delivery.

This full-time Project Manager supports planning, coordination, execution, stakeholder communication, and project delivery initiatives. You will work with business teams, project stakeholders, and cross-functional departments. The focus includes coordinating activities, monitoring progress, managing deliverables, and aligning projects with business objectives.

• Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables
• Coordinate cross-functional teams completing project tasks
• Monitor risks, issues, dependencies, and resource requirements
• Organize meetings, agendas, decisions, and action items
• Prepare status reports, dashboards, presentations, and updates

• Project management experience or related coordination background
• Organization supporting project planning and delivery activities
• Ability to communicate with stakeholders and business teams
• Canadian citizenship, permanent residency, or valid work permit
• Availability for full-time remote work in Canada
