• Support vendor onboarding and off-boarding activities
• Manage vendor contract renewal dates
• Collect performance information and prepare reports
• Review invoices and arrange contract-based payments
• Track inquiries, issues, and vendor escalations

• Three to five years of experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Tableau, and Ariba
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Effective workload planning, organization, and prioritization
• Ability to use data against defined metrics
