- Identify and flag ambiguous or ungradable tasks.
- Have strong relevant experience in business operations, operations reporting, process design, or workflow management.
- Experience creating or applying structured standards like SOPs, QA checklists, or process documentation.
- Strong Excel capability and comfort reasoning across multiple documents.
- Strong English proficiency, written and spoken.
