Alpaca is seeking a Senior Brokerage Operations Associate (Canada) to own end-to-end Canada brokerage operations, including onboarding, trade lifecycle, custody, and tax workflows. You will translate Canadian reality into scalable processes and advocate for automation-first, CIRO-aligned controls.
You'll partner with product, engineering, compliance, and vendor teams to design auditable runbooks, improve STP, and ensure regulatory readiness ahead of live client volume.
