Role Overview This organization is seeking a skilled and collaborative IS Project Manager to manage medium-scale projects within the Information Technology sector. The successful candidate plans, organizes, and guides cross-functional teams to execute project tasks efficiently and cost-effectively. This position focuses on delivering successful outcomes that align with strategic organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop and secure approval for project charters, comprehensive project plans, and work breakdown schedules.
* Manage multiple projects simultaneously, demonstrating strong multitasking capabilities from initiation through post-live implementation and manage stakeholder expectations across various business units.
* Coordinate with stakeholders, clinical ministries, hospitals, and clinics to build support and influence positive project outcomes.
* Conduct root cause analyses and develop process improvement plans to optimize project delivery.
* Maintain and organize all project artifacts, documentation, and reporting metrics.
* Align project plans with the strategic plans and objectives of the organization.

Required Qualifications

* Education:

** Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Healthcare Administration, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience is required.
*
* Experience:

** Professional experience managing projects within a healthcare environment is required. Candidates must demonstrate specific project experience in healthcare and biomedical engineering domains.
** Technical

Skills:

** Proficiency in project management software, structured scheduling methodologies, and root cause analysis tools is required.

Preferred Qualifications
* Professional project management certification such as PMP.
