Breakup & Relationship Coach

We're looking for another coach to join our team!

We help people going through some of the hardest seasons of their lives breakups, divorce, anxious attachment, relationship uncertainty, and rebuilding their confidence and sense of self.

I’m looking for someone who is genuinely great with people and high EQ.

Someone who can listen deeply, understand what’s happening underneath the surface, and help a client move forward without just telling them what they want to hear.

• Have professional experience in coaching, counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field
• Understand attachment dynamics and relationship patterns
• Are emotionally intelligent and an excellent listener
• Can help someone regulate intense emotions while still challenging them when necessary
• Are reliable, organized, and serious about follow-through with clients

• Work one-on-one with clients inside our coaching program via video call
• Help them understand their patterns and work through their breakup
• Guide them toward healthier attachment behaviors and a life they feel good about again
• Review client-submitted work and give individualized written and video feedback
• Welcome each new client with an email and text by end of day they’re assigned to you, and stay available by text between sessions (business hours)

• Client assignments from our enrollment pipeline. Our sales team handles marketing and enrollment, so you don’t prospect or sell.
• Program structure, curriculum, and a client community, plus ongoing support from the team
• Fully remote work.
