Job Description & How to Apply Below

Be part of a team that unleashes the power of leading-edge technologies to help improve the health and well-being of those most vulnerable in our country and communities. You’ll add to your technical credentials and certifications while enjoying a generous, flexible vacation policy and educational assistance. We also have comprehensive leadership and technical development academies to help build your skills and capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provides Principal-level leadership for business solution architecture and integrated Provider DDI delivery, with accountability for business alignment, execution, readiness, quality, and measurable client outcomes.
  • The role translates business objectives, policies, and stakeholder needs into future-state capabilities, processes, requirements, and solution direction while orchestrating functional, data, testing, PMO, vendor, architecture, and operational work streams.
  • It governs the end-to-end business solution, manages dependencies, risks, tradeoffs, and executive escalations, and drives alignment from discovery through implementation and go-live.
  • Lead the integrated delivery operating model, driving accountability and alignment across business, functional, technical, data, testing, PMO, vendor, architecture, and operational teams.
  • Own customer process analysis, define future-state capabilities and operating models, and drive approved improvements through implementation.
  • Translate business objectives, policies, contractual commitments, and stakeholder needs into business capabilities, requirements, solution principles, and implementation priorities.
  • Own and govern the business solution architecture, ensuring alignment among business processes, requirements, functional designs, technical designs, integrations, and operational needs.
  • Manage cross-workstream dependencies, delivery tradeoffs, sequencing conflicts, blockers, and critical-path risks with clear recommendations and recovery actions.
  • Own integrated readiness across SIT, UAT, operational readiness, deployment preparation, and go-live.
  • Translate delivery risks, architecture impacts, and readiness gaps into business implications, decision options, and executive recommendations.
  • Serve as deputy to the Engagement Lead, supporting client governance, executive communications, stakeholder alignment, escalations, and key program decisions.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience; degree in business, information technology, engineering, healthcare administration, or related field preferred.
  • Seven or more years of progressive solution delivery leadership experience in large-scale implementation environments.
  • Experience leading complex Provider, Medicaid Enterprise, healthcare, or highly regulated delivery programs across multiple work streams, vendors, and client stakeholders.
  • Ability to connect business strategy and policy requirements to executable functional, technical, data, integration, and operational designs.
  • Experience facilitating complex design decisions and obtaining alignment among client executives, business owners, architects, delivery leaders, vendors, and technical teams.
  • Business objectives, processes, requirements, solution designs, and delivery plans remain aligned from discovery through implementation and operational readiness.
  • Business architecture decisions are documented, traceable, communicated, and consistently reflected across functional and technical work streams.
  • Gaps and inconsistencies are identified early and resolved before they create downstream design, testing, deployment, or operational issues.

This position is 100% remote with up to 15% travel annually.
