The RoleWe’re looking for a Senior Technical Product Owner to take ownership of one of our most business-critical platforms:
Salesforce.
This is a rare opportunity to combine product strategy, stakeholder leadership, people management and hands‑on technical expertise in a role with genuine impact across Sales, Marketing, Operations and Technology.

You’ll lead internal Salesforce specialists, manage external partners and remain close to the technology, providing leadership while still getting hands‑on with configuration, problem-solving and platform optimisation.
Approximately 70% of the role will focus on product ownership, stakeholder engagement, people leadership, delivery governance and supplier management, with 30% dedicated to hands‑on technical delivery. This balance may flex according to business priorities.
Please note this position is 4 days in the office and 1 day working from anywhere.
Why This Role MattersSalesforce and its connected platforms underpin how our Sales, Marketing and Operations teams work, collaborate and deliver for our members.
Success in this role means creating a clear product direction, improving adoption and operational performance, and ensuring our investment in technology delivers tangible business value.
