CMO, Business

We're looking for a mission-soaked CMO who thrives in a fast-paced part-time role based in Vancouver, WA. The structure is built for growth: $271,000 - $571,000 now, general ownership soon, and a Blackstone ladder that keeps adding rungs.

• Apply Professionalism and Adaptability to solve day-to-day operational challenges
• Keep the Blackstone backlog ruthlessly honest about what's truly next
• Trim Cross-Functional Collaboration processes that have quietly outlived their purpose
• Steer Blackstone's Facilitation roadmap with both nerve and humility
• Carry general knowledge that doesn't live in any wiki yet
• Anticipate the WA compliance wrinkle before it becomes a fire

• A mentorship-focused bias toward action, balanced by knowing when to wait
• The patience to mentor without taking over the keyboard
• Pattern recognition earned across many general engagements
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship

Blackstone is the slow-to-anger WA company that built its name on general work nobody else wanted to do properly. Ownership runs deep here: you'll own outcomes, not just tasks, from your first week as a CMO.

Your package includes $271,000 - $571,000, premium healthcare, and a generous home-office allowance for our distributed team.

Last touched this morning, the CMO listing remains active and unfilled.
