Ethos is seeking strategic customer success managers to help train a leading AI language model on professional presentation and slide deck tasks. You will run QBRs and executive business reviews for enterprise accounts to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated decks across quarterly reviews, renewal cases, adoption exhibits, sponsor updates and success plans.
This is a fully remote, flexible engagement with 5–20 hours per week (more if desired).
