Manager, Customer Support; Fully Remote

• Lead and grow your team through 1:1s, mentorship, and Quarterly Growth Alignments.
• Own OKRs and drive quality with ticket reviews, process documentation, and AI-assisted QA.
• Serve as an escalation point and partner with sales, product, and engineering.

What We Are Looking For:

• 3+ years leading a team that resolves technical issues, plus 2+ years as a direct people manager.
• Experience running escalations with senior client stakeholders.
• Curiosity to leverage AI and automation in support workflows.
